Below are the features your condo takes care. They provide detailed information of how the complex is taken care of.
Snow Clearing
Snow clearing is done immediately after a snow fall. A route through all parking lots is cleared first and then all pathways. For additional information on snow clearing please visit the Parking Lot Page.
Landscaping
The grass, flowers, shrubs and trees are planted and maintained by the Property Manager with specified help from contractors. Unit owners are encouraged to beautify the complex with landscaping to their yards.
Main Water Shut off Valves
The main water shut off valve for your unit is within your unit and is the responsibility of the Condo Corporations. They were upgraded in 2014/2015 and will be regularly maintained.
Crawl Spaces
Crawl spaces are common element. Please do not store any materials or items in this area. Ready access is important to maintain drainage pipes and other critical functions to all buildings. We thank you for your cooperation.
Balcony Repairs
Balconies are exclusive use common elements. This means the unit owner has exclusive use of the property, but the Condo Corporation will maintain them. Specific use of the balcony is described in the By-Laws.
Garbage & Recycling
There are four garbage and recycling areas on our complex. Please review the condo map for your nearest location. Pick ups are every Tuesday and Friday. Do not over fill the bins as those will not be emptied. For additional information, please view the Garbage and & Recycling Page.
Parking
We have limited parking at our complex. We expect all unit owners and their guests to extend courtesy and respect to all that park. Please ensure you are parked in the correct assigned parking stall and that all visitors who are remaining on the complex overnight have an overnight parking pass.
