Did you know?
Here are pieces of random information about the condo complex.
Car Plug ins
At this condo corporation you will find that all car plug ins have been changed over to the new smart plugs. These save energy and will turn on to 100% at -18 degrees Celsius.
Bike Racks

Bike racks are located in two areas all year round.
1. South West inside corner of the 3060 building (beside the court yard)
2. North West Outside corner of the 3040 building (beside the fence closest to Lakeshore Condo)
These racks are for all unit owners; however, please note it is at your own risk. Bicycles left for extended periods of time or without protection are susceptible to theft.
With winter rearing it’s big ugly head, it is recommended that bikes be removed and stored safely elsewhere. Any bike left for a long time may be removed if no owner has come to claim it.

Please advise the Property Manager when using the bike rack and leave a description of your bike.
Outside Door vs Inside Door
Unit owners that have an original outside (storm) are not be responsible for the painting of this door. However, if the unit owner has updated the outside door the unit owner is fully responsible for all maintenance for the new door.

The inside door is the full responsibility of the unit owner.

Guideline for colour choices: Storm door should be brown in colour and inside door should be white.
Christmas Time
Holiday Season is upon us and with good tidings and good cheer comes traveling on bad roads and potential unexpected visitors. We encourage everyone to be safe during the holiday season.
Please do not leave cars unlocked or any attractive items in your vehicles.
Secured Internet Access
The internet is a very handy tool and having it can save you time and money. However if you do not have a secure internet connection other people can access your internet without permission. We live in close quarters and with several people owning smart phones, anyone can do a quick scan of the area and see which internet connections are open for use. Please password protect your internet connection. This not only includes the WiFi for your home, but any wireless medium such as a printer. If you need help doing so, your internet provider will be able to help you out. Please contact them and ask for Technical Support. They will walk you through step by step to secure your connection.
