Buying
First things first, CONGRATULATIONS on your new home!
It is important to start off on the right foot and we would like to provide you with some information to help you along the way.

Meter Readings: It is important to get your MB Hydro meter and water meter read to ensure your first bill is accurate.

Start your own Account with MB Hydro and and Winnipeg Water and Sewer.

Contact the Property and Introduce yourself and become familiar with the office location.

Read through the Welcome Brochure. There is very useful information and answers to frequently asked questions.
Selling
If you are selling your property there may be several documents you require to provide to the new owner if you don’t already have them. Such documents could consist of Disclosure Certificates, Status Certificates, or a Copy of the Declarations and Bylaws. Also your water and hydro meters may need to be read.

Moving
Whether you are moving in or out and using a large moving vehicle, please be considerate of other people’s vehicles that may be blocked or in assigned parking spots. If needed, leave notes on any vehicles that are blocked with a phone number in case they need to move their vehicle. Another option is to talk to your Property Manager and leave your contact information in case a unit owner needs to leave the parking lot.
